At EGO, we want you to be obsessed with your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
